Attorney Todd A. Warshof is the sole practicing bankruptcy attorney for the Law Offices of Todd A. Warshof, APC.  Mr. Warshof practices bankruptcy law exclusively, specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases throughout southern California.

Mr. Warshof grew up in Rochester, NY.  After earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, in 2000, he attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA, graduating in December, 2003 in the top 5 of his class and earning Magna Cum Laude honors.  Mr. Warshof passed the California Bar Exam in February 2004  and was admitted to practice law in California in November of that year. He has since been admitted in all  Federal District Courts in  California.

When he's not practicing law, Mr. Warshof enjoys spending time with his 4-year old son.  He is an admitted foodie and craft beer "geek" and also enjoys cooking, homebrewing, films, playing guitar, and traveling.
