APC was formed in 2008 by bankruptcy Attorney Todd A. Warshof. Between 2005 and 2008, Mr. Warshof worked for two of the largest bankruptcy filing firms in San Diego and was one of the top 10 filers of consumer bankruptcy cases in San Diego County. In 2008, Mr. Warshof set out to open his own bankruptcy practice, which would utilize his big firm and high volume bankruptcy experience, but offer personalized legal representation that is simply not possible in a big firm setting.
Our firm's mission is to give each of our clients the personalized attention that we find absolutely necessary in the complex and often stressful area of bankruptcy law. We find it of the utmost importance that our clients work directly with their attorney in every aspect of their bankruptcy cases and that their attorney is accessible throughout their case.
Accordingly, the Law Offices of Todd A. Warshof, APC guarantees that all initial consultations are one-on-one with attorney Todd A. Warshof. Potential clients will never meet with unlicensed assistants or "intake clerks" to talk about their bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options. All legal pleadings and case preparation will be handled personally by Mr. Warshof, and absent a rare scheduling conflict, Mr. Warshof will accompany every client to their required hearing appearances.
